COL BKB: USC 66, Oklahoma 55

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Davon Jefferson scored 23 points Thursday night and No. 24 USC used a late run to defeat Oklahoma 66-55.

The Trojans advanced to 6-1 while handing the Sooners their second loss in seven games.

USC owned a 47-43 lead with 7:55 to play before running off nine consecutive points to take control.

O.J. Mayo added 18 for the Trojans, who limited Oklahoma to 35 percent shooting from the field. The Sooners went to the free throw line just 11 times, compared with 25 for the Trojans.

Oklahoma was led by Austin Johnson and Keith Clark with 13 points each.
