NBA: San Antonio 109, Washington 94

SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Tony Parker narrowly missed a triple-double Wednesday in lifting San Antonio to a 109-94 decision over Washington.

Parker scored 29 points, had 11 assists and pulled down eight rebounds to go along with 19 points from Manu Ginobili and 16 from Tim Duncan. San Antonio has won 10 out of 12.

The Spurs owned a three-point halftime lead and then built their advantage to as many as 14 in the third.

Brendan Haywood led Washington with 19 points. The Wizards have dropped three out of four.

The defending NBA champions improved to 9-0 at home this season and have beaten Washington four straight times.
