COL BKB: Pittsburgh 80, Boston Univ. 53

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Ronald Ramon led a balanced Pittsburgh offense Tuesday, scoring 15 points as the 11th-ranked Panthers routed Boston University 80-53.

Sam Young added 14 points and Mike Cook and Levance Fields each scored 11 as the Panthers (6-0) started the season with six straight wins for the sixth consecutive year.

Carlos Strong scored 23 points for Boston (1-5) and freshman John Holland had 14 points off the bench, but the Terriers lost their fifth straight game.
