ATLANTA, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Thomas Brown ran for 139 yards and a touchdown Saturday to lead the seventh-ranked Georgia Bulldogs to a 31-17 win over Georgia Tech.

Matthew Stafford had 214 yards on 14-of-29 passing with a touchdown for the Bulldogs (10-2), who ended the regular season tied with Tennessee in the Eastern Division of the SEC. Georgia lost the tiebreaker by virtue of losing to the Vols in October.

Stafford ran for a touchdown and Mohamed Massaquoi had six receptions for 74 yards and a touchdown for Georgia.

Tashard Choice had 134 yards a touchdown rushing for the Yellow Jackets (7-5), who have lost seven straight to the Bulldogs. Taylor Bennett completed only 9-of-27 passes for 137 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

Georgia Tech led 14-10 with two minutes left in the first half.
