COL FB: Florida 45, Florida State 12

GAINESVILLE, Fla., Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Tim Tebow accounted for five touchdowns to add to his record-breaking sophomore season Saturday to lead 14th-ranked Florida to a 45-12 win over Florida State.

Tebow completed 19-of-28 passes for 262 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed 13 times for 89 yards and two TDs, to equal the NCAA record for rushing touchdowns by a quarterback -- 22.

The 351 total yards enabled Tebow to surpass Rex Grossman's 2001 school record of 3,904 total yards in a season.

Percy Harvin rushed 16 times for 157 yards and a TD for the Gators (9-3, 5-3 SEC), who finished the regular season on a four-game winning streak.

Drew Weatherford completed 20-of-37 for 188 yards and extended his ACC record for consecutive pass attempts without an interception to 235. But Florida State did not score a touchdown.
