PITTSBURGH, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Pittsburgh sped to a big early lead and the unbeaten 17th-ranked Panthers poured it on the rest of the way Friday to bury Buffalo 92-45.

Sam Young led the romp with 20 points, eight rebounds and four steals.

Keith Benjamin, off the bench, scored 17 for Pitt (5-0). Levance Fields added 15 points.

Vadim Fedotov led Buffalo (2-3) with 13 points.
