LAS VEGAS, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Tyler Hansbrough scored 27 points and Ty Lawson had a career-high 23 Friday night, as No. 1 North Carolina beat Old Dominion 99-82.

The victory sends the Tarheels to the title game at the Las Vegas Invitational, in a match-up against Brigham Young, which beat No. 6 Louisville Friday night 78-76.

Wayne Ellington scored 17 points for North Carolina (4-0).

Brandon Johnson scored 16 points for the Monarchs (3-2).
