COL BKB: Davidson 98, N. C. Central 50

DAVIDSON, N.C., Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry scored 16 points Saturday afternoon, leading five players into double figures in pacing No. 25 Davidson's 98-50 rout of North Carolina Central.

Davidson led 42-23 at halftime and the contest turned into a laugher when Davidson outscored North Carolina Central 56-27 in the second half.

William Archambault's three-pointer with 4:41 remaining made the score 85-42.

Thomas Sander had 13 points, three assists and three rebounds. Stephen Rossiter had 13 points, 10 rebounds and four assists, Bryant Barr scored 12 and Archambault added 10, as the Wildcats (2-2) stopped a two-game skid.

North Carolina Central was led by Bryan Ayala's 13 points, four rebounds and three assists.

No other player scored in double figures for the Eagles (1-6), who shot 36 percent for the game and committed 27 turnovers.
