Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft
TEMPE, Ariz., Nov. 23 (UPI) -- USC's John David Booty threw four touchdown passes and the 12th-ranked Trojans overpowered No. 6 Arizona State, 44-24, Thursday.
Booty passed for 375 yards, leading USC to its third straight win. The Trojans are 9-2 overall, 6-2 in the Pac-10 and still have a chance to win the conference title.
USC ran off 27 consecutive points in the lopsided win.
Fred Davis caught five of Booty's passes for 119 yards and a touchdown.
Rudy Carpenter threw a touchdown pass for the Sun Devils (9-2, 6-2), who have lost two of their last three games.
