COL BKB: Ohio State 79, Syracuse 65

NEW YORK, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Seven-foot freshman Kosta Koufos scored 24 points to lead Ohio State to a 79-65 NIT Tip-off semifinal victory Wednesday over 21st-ranked Syracuse

The Buckeyes (3-0) will play Texas A&M in the tournament final Friday.

Ohio State's Jamar Butler had 14 points with four three-pointers.

Donte Greene had 21 points and 10 rebounds for Syracuse (3-1), which will play Washington in the consolation game Friday.
