LAS VEGAS, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Sixth-ranked Louisville got 16 points, 13 rebounds and four assists from Earl Clark Wednesday in a 68-48 win over UNLV.

Louisville (3-0) played without starting center Dave Padgett, who is out for at least 10 weeks with a knee injury.

Jerry Smith added 14 points for the Cardinals, who went on a 16-2 run in the second half.

Matt Shaw led UNLV (3-1) with 11 points.
