NHL: Anaheim 2, San Jose 1 (SO)

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Corey Perry scored in the shootout Saturday night to give the Anaheim Ducks a 2-1 win over San Jose.

Perry put the puck past Evgeni Nabokov -- who had made 28 saves in the game for the Sharks, who lost for the first time in five games.

Jean-Sebastien Giguere -- who also made 28 saves -- stopped Devin Setoguchi, Patrick Marleau and Joe Pavelski in the shootout.

Chris Kunitz scored in regulation for the Ducks, who have won four straight.

Torrey Mitchell scored in regulation for San Jose.
