NFL: Dallas 28, Washington 23

IRVING, Texas, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Tony Romo hit Terrell Owens with four touchdown passes Sunday afternoon, as the Dallas Cowboys held off the Washington Redskins, 28-23.

Owens, who finished with eight catches for 173 yards, tied former Cowboy Bob Hayes' 1970 record for the most single-game receiving touchdowns.

Romo went 23-of-32 for 293 yards, an interception and the four touchdowns.

Jason Campbell threw for 348 yards, two touchdowns and an interception for Washington.

Santana Moss hauled in nine catches for 121 yards and a score.
