COL FB: Missouri 49, Kansas State 32

MANHATTAN, Kan., Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Jeremy Maclin accounted for 360 all-purpose yards Saturday as sixth-ranked Missouri trounced Kansas State 49-32.

The native of Kirkwood, Mo., caught two touchdown passes, returned a kickoff 99 yards for a score and established a freshman record for most all-purpose yards in a season with 2,309 yards.

Missouri quarterback Chase Daniel threw for four scores on 28-for-41 passing for 284 yards. Tony Temple scored twice on 16 rushes for 75 yards as the Tigers (10-1, 6-1 Big 12) won their fifth straight contest, and will play Kansas for the Big 12 North Division title next week in Kansas City.

Mizzou has won six conference games for the first time since 1969.

Kansas State's James Johnson scored once on 22 attempts for 172 yards.

Josh Freeman went 26-for-41 passing for 256 yards, with two touchdowns, and one interception for the Wildcats (5-6, 3-5), who have lost three in a row and need a win next week at Fresno State to become bowl eligible.
