COL FB: Florida 59, Fla. Atlantic 20

GAINESVILLE, Fla., Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Tim Tebow accounted for four touchdowns Saturday as 14th-ranked Florida clobbered Florida Atlantic 59-20.

He threw for three scores and ran for a fourth to become the first player in NCAA history to pass and run for 20 touchdowns each in the same season.

Overall, he went 25-for-34 passing for 338 yards and added 30 yards on 11 carries.

Florida built a 21-0 lead after the first quarter but the Owls made it 12-13 midway through the second quarter before falling back 35-20 at halftime and never scoring again.

Wide receiver Andre Caldwell caught 13 passes for 164 yards, and Cornelius Ingram caught two scoring passes for the Gators (8-3), who have won four of their last five games.

FAU (5-5) got one touchdown pass and one running from quarterback Rusty Smith.

Wide Receiver Cortez Gent scored once after six catches for 118 yards, and Chris Bonner made four receptions for 96 yards for the Owls in the first ever meeting between the schools.
