LAS VEGAS, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Tennessee Titans' "Pacman" Jones will enter a no-contest plea Dec. 5 at his next court date in connection with a triple-shooting at a Las Vegas strip club.
The date was set Thursday by Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Tony Abbatangelo, who accepted an agreement for the suspended Titans' cornerback to enter the plea to a charge of committing disorderly conduct, a gross misdemeanor.
In return, Jones was promised a suspended one-year sentence in county jail, which turns into a year's probation.
The incident occurred Feb. 19 during NBA All-Star Week outside the Minxx Gentleman's Club, where Las Vegas resident Tom Urbanski was paralyzed from the waist down.
Jones was given a one-year suspension by Commissioner Roger Goodell for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.
He also faces two felony charges of coercion from that incident, and other charges in Georgia for another.
In his two NFL seasons, Jones has been questioned by police 10 times and arrested five times.
