COL BKB: Kansas 92, Washburn 60

LAWRENCE, Kan., Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Darrell Arthur helped Kansas overcome a slow start by scoring 14 points Thursday night, as the No. 4 Jayhawks defeated Washburn, 92-60.

Kansas trailed by a point eight minutes into the game, but the Jayhawks then went on a 22-5 run on their way to a 34-18 halftime lead.

Sasha Kaun and Darnell Jackson both had 10 points for Kansas, which has won its first three games of the season.

The Ichabods were led by 11 each from Angel Santiago and James Williams.

Kansas shot 52.5 percent from the field.
