NBA: Boston 101, Indiana 86

INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Paul Pierce fired in 31 points and hauled down 11 rebounds Tuesday as the Boston Celtics remained unbeaten with a 101-86 win over the Indiana Pacers.

Kevin Garnett added 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Celtics, who have won six straight to start a season for the first time since 1987-88. Ray Allen had 17 points.

Danny Granger had 24 points and seven rebounds for the Pacers, who have lost four straight after opening the season with three consecutive wins.

Jamaal Tinsley had 14 points and eight assists, and Jermaine O'Neal 10 points and nine rebounds for Indiana.
