HOUSTON, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Nate Jaqua and Dwayne De Rosario scored goals Saturday night, as Houston beat Kansas City, 2-0, in the MLS Western Conference Championship game.

Jaqua scored in the 34th minute and De Rosario in the 81st.

Houston aims to be the first team to win back-to-back championships since D.C. United did it in the league's first two seasons.

The victory sets up the first repeat MLS Cup Final in league history, as the Dynamo will take on the New England Revolution at RFK Stadium in Washington Nov. 18.

Houston won last season's final on penalty kicks after the teams played to a 1-1 draw over 120 minutes.

The Wizards' season ended when they failed to convert on a solid scoring chance in the 12th minute.
