
CLEMSON, S.C., Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Cullen Harper accounted for four touchdowns Saturday as unranked Clemson clobbered No. 20 Wake Forest 44-10.
The 6-foot-4 junior threw for three scores on 27-for-35 passing for 266 yards.
He ran for one touchdown and passed for two others as Clemson built a 27-7 halftime lead, and his third scoring pass came in the fourth quarter.
Clemson's Aaron Kelly scored twice on 10 catches for 93 yards while breaking the school record for touchdown catches in a season.
C.J. Spiller scored on a 90-yard kickoff return.
James Davis ran for 62 yards on 21 attempts.
Tyler Grisham caught nine passes for 100 yards, and Mark Buchholz booted three field goals for the Tigers (8-2, 5-2 ACC).
Wake Forest (6-4, 4-3) got one touchdown on 21-for-30 passing from for 170 yards from Riley Skinner.
The Demon Deacons, the defending ACC champion, suffered their second straight conference loss, and will not defend their title, while the Tigers need to beat Boston College to qualify.
