CHESTNUT HILL, Mass., Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Geno Hayes ran back an interception for a touchdown with 1:10 left to play Saturday night to seal Florida State's 27-17 win over second-ranked Boston College.

Drew Weatherford was 29-of-45 passing for 354 yards and two TDs, as the Seminoles (6-3, 3-3 ACC) dropped the Eagles (8-1, 4-1) from the ranks of the unbeaten in the Football Bowl Subdivision.

De'Cody Fagg had six catches for 111 yards and one touchdown, as the Seminoles won their second straight game -- and beat a top-five team on the road for the first time since 1999. Preston Parker had nine catches for 93 yards and a TD, and Antone Smith picked up 63 yards on 22 rushes.

Matt Ryan was 26-for-53 passing for 415 yards, with two touchdowns and three interceptions, as Boston College lost for the first time since Nov. 23, 2006, when the Eagles fell to Miami-Florida, 17-14.

Brandon Robinson had seven catches for 163 yards and a TD, and Ryan Purvis caught a touchdown pass for BC.

Ohio State, Kansas and Hawaii are the only Football Bowl Subdivision teams without a loss this season.
