The victory helped her to stay in the running for a spot in the season-ending Masters Tournament at Madrid.
That event includes the world's top 10 players in the rankings.
Hantuchova currently is tenth.
In Sunday's final, she faces sixth-seeded Patty Schnyder of Switzerland, a 7-6 (7-5), 6-3 winner against Wimbledon runner-up Marion Bartoli of France.
Sunday's champion will collect a first prize check of $88,265.
