
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Knowshon Moreno rushed for 188 yards and three touchdowns Saturday afternoon, as the 19th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs beat the 11th-ranked Florida Gators, 42-30.
Matt Stafford threw for 217 yards and three touchdowns on 11-of-18 completions for the Bulldogs (6-2, 4-2 SEC), who have won five of their last six games. Georgia moved ahead of Florida and South Carolina into first place in the Southeastern Conference Eastern Division.
Mohammed Massaquoi, Mikey Henderson and Brannan Southerland each caught a Stafford pass for a touchdown.
Florida quarterback Tim Tebow, nursing a bruised shoulder, passed for 236 yards and one touchdown on 14-of-22 passes and rushed for two touchdowns for the Gators (5-3, 3-3), who have lost three of their last four games.
Percy Harvin gained 97 yards on 10 carries and Louis Murphy added three receptions for 49 yards and a TD for Florida.
