St. Louis got its only goal from Steve Wagner at 19:08 of the second. Goaltender Manny Legace was beaten three times on 34 Minnesota shots, as the Blues had their season-high four-game winning streak snapped.
The streak eclipsed their longest winning stretch of the 2006 season.
