COL FB: Kansas 19, Colorado 14

BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Todd Reesing passed for 153 yards and ran for 84 Saturday afternoon, as the 15th-ranked Kansas Jayhawks beat the Colorado Buffaloes, 19-14.

Reesing completed 20-of-29 passes with one TD and had seven carries for the Jayhawks (7-0, 3-0 Big 12), who are off to their best start in 12 seasons. Jake Sharp had 15 carries for 53 yards and a touchdown.

Cody Hawkins was 27-for-44 for 287 yards, with two touchdowns and two interceptions for the Buffaloes (4-4, 2-2), who have lost two straight after a three-game winning streak.
