DURHAM, N.C., Oct. 13 (UPI) -- Sean Glennon passed for 258 yards and two touchdowns Saturday afternoon to lead 10th ranked Virginia Tech to a 43-14 win over the Duke Blue Devils, 43-14.
Tech starter Tyrod Taylor passed for 88 yards and a touchdown before leaving the game with an ankle injury. He was replaced early in the second quarter by Glennon, the Hokies' starting quarterback last year, who completed 16-of-21 passes.
Josh Morgan caught two touchdown passes for the Hokies (6-1, 3-0 ACC), who have won five in a row since losing to top-ranked LSU last month.
Eddie Royal caught six passes for 90 yards and a touchdown and Sam Wheeler had four receptions for 94 yards for Virginia Tech.
Thaddeus Lewis completed 13-of-24 pass attempts for 119 yards and a TD and scored on the ground for Duke (1-6, 0-4), which has lost four in a row.
