
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., Oct. 13 (UPI) -- Freshman Wes Byrum kicked a 20-yard field goal with 21 seconds left Saturday to give 25th-ranked Auburn a 9-7 victory over the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Byrum, who had three field goals Saturday, also kicked a 43-yard game-winning field goal two weeks ago in a 20-17 win over 14th-ranked Florida.
Brandon Cox completed 13-of-23 passes for 101 yards for Auburn (5-2, 3-1 SEC). Ben Tate rushed for 91 yards on 23 carries.
Casey Dick completed 12-of-26 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown for Arkansas (3-3, 0-3), which had a two-game winning streak snapped. Darren McFadden rushed for 43 yards on 17 carries.
Arkansas got the game's only touchdown with a 71-yard drive, capped by a 13-yard touchdown pass from Dick to Lucas Miller for a one-point lead with 1:36 to play.
