DANVILLE, Calif., Oct. 6 (UPI) -- Suzann Pettersen shot an 8-under 64 Saturday to take a one-shot lead over Lorie Kane going into the final round of the LPGA Longs Drugs Challenge.
Pettersen, reigning McDonald's LPGA champion, was at 12-under 204.

Kane, who shared the overnight lead with defending champion Karrie Webb, had a 5-under 67 and was at 11-under 205.
Lorena Ochoa was two strokes off the lead at 10-under 206 in her second consecutive start since taking a one-month break. Looking for her seventh win of the season, the Women's British Open champion shot a 67 Saturday.
Juli Inkster shot a 71 in the third round to get to 5-under 211. Webb stumbled to a 74 and was tied for fifth place with Charlotte Mayorkas (72) at 212.
