COL FB: Ohio State 58, Northwestern 7

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Todd Boeckman threw four touchdown passes -- three of them to Brian Robiskie -- as the ninth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes beat Northwestern, 58-7.

Boeckman was 11-of-14 for 179 yards with one interception for Ohio State (4-0, 1-0 Big Ten), which has won 22 consecutive regular-season games, breaking the school record set from 1967-69. Its last regular-season loss was a 17-10 decision at Penn State Oct. 8, 2005.

Robiskie had three receptions for 89 yards, while Chris Wells led the Buckeyes' rushing with 12 carries for 100 yards and a score. Backup tailback Maurice Wells rushed 15 times for 44 yards and two TDs.

C.J. Batcher completed 17-of-32 passes for 120 yards with two interceptions for the Wildcats (2-2, 0-1 Big Ten), whose lone touchdown came on a 99-yard kickoff return by Stephen Simmons.
