It was Eaks' second career Champions Tour title.
Eaks played nearly three rounds in just two days, after the first round was rained out Friday. He finished at 17-under 199 for a two-shot win over Haas. His first win came two months ago at the Dick's Sporting Goods Open.
Haas shot a 6-under 66 Sunday to move into a tie for second place with Rod Spittle (69) at 15-under 201. Haas had six birdies, including three over his last six holes.
