MILWAUKEE, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Prince Fielder set a Brewers single-season record with his 46th home run Saturday night, as Milwaukee beat Cincinnati, 5-3.

The Cubs split a day-night doubleheader with St. Louis Saturday.

Milwaukee starter Jeff Suppan (10-11) allowed three runs on seven hits over 6 1/3 innings.

Francisco Cordero earned his 42nd save.

Adam Dunn finished with two doubles and Norris Hopper had two hits, one RBI and one run scored for the Reds, who had won four straight coming into the contest.

Kirk Saarloos (1-5) started and lasted just only four innings for Cincinnati, giving up three runs on six hits.
