Hanescu, Simon advance to final in Romania

BUCHAREST, Romania, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Victor Hanescu and Giles Simon will meet Sunday in the final of the Romanian Open.

Hanescu defeated Frenchman Gael Monfils, 6-2, 6-3, and Simon beat Argentine Carlos Berlocq, 6-7 (4-7), 6--2, 6-3, in Saturday's semifinal play.
