Locker completed 13-of-25 passes for 193 yards and ran for a team-high 84 yards for Washington (2-0).
Marcel Reece made four catches for 102 yards and a touchdown for the Huskies, who have won three straight dating back to last season.

Johnson lost a fumble and quarterback Taylor Tharp was picked off three times, as the Broncos committed turnovers in their first setback since losing to Boston College in December 2005 in the Holiday Bowl.
