NFL: Cleveland 19, Chicago 9

CHICAGO, Aug. 31 (UPI) -- A 70-yard punt return by Joshua Cribbs Thursday night highlighted the Cleveland Browns' 19-9 exhibition win over Chicago.

Jerome Harrison also scored for the Browns and gained 31 yards on eight carries.

The Cleveland quarterback competition continued in the final exhibition game, with Derek Anderson going six for nine for 53 yards and Charlie Frye hitting on two of five for 19. Rookie Brady Quinn was nine of 14 for 64 and an interception.

The Browns (3-1) must decide on a quarterback before opening their season at home against Pittsburgh.

Kyle Orton completed 12 of 19 for 102 yards for the Bears.

Chicago (3-1) opens on the road against San Diego.
