BALTIMORE, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Dioner Navarro singled in Joel Guzman from second base in the 12th inning Wednesday, giving Tampa Bay a 5-4 come-from-behind win over Baltimore.

The Devil Rays trailed by three runs going into the eighth, but forced extra frames and held Baltimore scoreless for the game's final six innings.

Grant Balfour (1-2) did not allow a hit while working two innings to get the win. Al Reyes worked out of a two-on, one-out jam in the 12th for his 21st save. It was Tampa Bay's fifth win in six games and the Orioles have lost eight in a row.

Rob Bell (3-3) came on for his third inning of work in the 12th, but gave up a single to Guzman -- who moved to second on a throwing error by Melvin Mora. Navarro followed with his game-winning hit.
