Report: Kansas football coach probed

BAD GASTEIN, Austria, July 23 (UPI) -- No. 5-seed Aravane Rezai won her first set Monday but dropped the last two in first-round play of the inaugural $175,000 Gastein Ladies tournament in Austria.
Edina Gallovits sent Rezai home with a 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 victory on the first day of the clay-court tournament.
Also Monday, Ruano Pascual swept by Nika Ozegovic 6-2, 6-3 and Eva Birnerova defeated Iveta Benesova 7-6 (7-5), 6-3. A fourth match -- sending Elena Camerin against Maria Emilia Salerni -- was postponed because of darkness.
The top seeds for the Gastein tournament are Francesca Schiavone and Emilie Loit.
