MLS: Toronto FC 0, Houston 0 (draw)

HOUSTON, July 15 (UPI) -- Houston and FC Toronto played to a 0-0 draw Sunday, as the Dynamo set an MLS record for the longest stretch without being scored on -- 681 minutes.

The Dynamo was nevertheless disappointed to settle for the draw, as Toronto played a man down for the second half -- after Maurice Edu was excused for the rest of the day for a late challenge on Houston's Brian Mullen in the 42nd minute. Mullen had gone up for a header and struck his head on Edu's hip as he came down, when Edu came in late.

Toronto is 1-1-3 on its current six-game road trip, which wraps up at Columbus next Sunday.

Houston leads second-place Dallas by three points in the Western Conference, and travels to New England to play the Eastern Conference-leading Revolution Saturday.

The All-Star game is set for Thursday in Commerce City, Colo.
