Report: Urlacher in court fight over son

CHICAGO, July 11 (UPI) -- Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher has returned to court in a visitation-rights dispute involving his son.

Urlacher went before Will County (Ill.) Judge Dinah Archambeault Tuesday to request that the mother of the mother of their 2-year-old son, Kennedy, be held in contempt, The Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Urlacher claimed Tyna Robertson violated an agreement on his scheduled visits with the boy. Robertson claimed Urlacher sent her profane text messages after she violated the agreement.

Urlacher said under oath he couldn't recall sending dozens of profane text messages that Robertson claimed he sent, the newspaper said.

"I'm not sure if I sent the message or not," Urlacher said when questioned by Robertson's attorney, Heather Nosko.

Robertson said she called Urlacher on his cell phone and accused him of bribing the judge in an earlier custody trial.
