FOXBORO, Mass., June 23 (UPI) -- Andy Dorman scored goals in both halves Saturday night as the New England Revolution beat Toronto FC, 3-0, in a Major League Soccer contest at Foxboro, Mass.
Dorman scored his fourth goal of the season in the 13th minute, and his fifth in the 81st minute.
Pat Noonan added a goal in the 33rd minute, as the defending Eastern Conference champion Revolution (6-2-4) stopped their three-game winless streak.
They had gone 0-1-2 in their last three games, with back-to-back ties against Real Salt Lake and Columbus the past two weeks.
Toronto (4-7-1) was coming off a surprise 4-0 victory against Western Conference-leading FC Dallas Sunday, but was held to just six shots on goal Saturday.
Both goalkeepers -- New England's Matt Reis and Srdjan Djekanovic of Toronto -- made six saves.
Next up for New England is a visit to Chivas USA June 30, while Toronto travels to Kansas City July 1.
