Green continues to lead the BA-CA Open

VIENNA, June 9 (UPI) -- Australian Richard Green took a three-stroke advantage Saturday through three rounds of the European Tour's BA-CA Golf Open in Vienna, Austria.

The left-handed 36-year-old shot 4-under-par 67 to run his total to 15-under 198 after three turns on the Fontana Golf Club course.

"I feel comfortable on the course. It suits the way I like to putt," said Green, who also led after the second round.

Sunday, he will go for his second European Tour title in 10 years. He won the 1997 Dubai Desert Classic.

"I'll be fairly anxious to win because it's been a long time but I won't be desperate because I'm not going to put any undue pressure on myself," Green said. "It's hard to put a finger on why I've not won again but I do now have more self-belief."

England's Richard McEvoy (64) is second at 12-under 201. Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez (69) and Sweden's Steven Jeppesen (69) share third place at 11-under 202.
