ATLANTA, May 27 (UPI) -- Ryan Howard hit two homers and drove in four runs Sunday as Philadelphia blasted Atlanta 13-6 to finish a three-game sweep.
Jimmy Rollins doubled, tripled and knocked in two runs, while Greg Dobbs homered and knocked in three runs for the Phillies. Aaron Rowand, Michael Bourn and winning pitcher Cole Hamels all had one RBI for Philadelphia, which has won four of its last five games. Howard's RBI came on two two-run homers.
Hamels (7-2) gave up three earned runs and six hits in six innings with one walk and eight strikeouts.
Andruw Jones and Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit solo homers for the Braves. Scott Thoman scored a run and drove one in, while Matt Diaz had two hits and one RBI, and Willie Harris had two runs and two hits for Atlanta, which has lost 10 of its last 14 games.
Loser Kyle Davies (2-3) allowed eight earned runs on eight hits in 4 1/3 innings.
