EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., May 19 (UPI) -- Juan Pablo Angel had a goal and two assists Saturday as Red Bull New York, missing three injured starters, beat Columbus 4-0.

New York rebounded from its only loss of the year while playing in the rain.

Clint Mathis had his team-leading fourth goal of the season for Red Bull, and John Wolyniec and Sal Caccavale scored their first goals of the year. Columbus (1-2-4) had allowed just four goals all year entering the game.

New York (4-1-2) posted its fifth shutout in seven games. Columbus was shut out for the fifth time this year and has lost two of its last three games.
