NBA: Cleveland 97, Washington 90

WASHINGTON, April 30 (UPI) -- LeBron James had 31 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists Monday to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 97-90 playoff sweep of the Washington Wizards.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas added 20 points and 19 rebounds for the Cavaliers, who swept a playoff series for the first time in franchise history.

Larry Hughes had 19 points and Drew Gooden 14 for Cleveland, which will meet either New Jersey or Toronto in the NBA Eastern Conference semifinals.

Antawn Jamison had 31 points to lead the Wizards. Darius Songaila added 16 points, and Antonio Daniels had 13 points and 12 assists for Washington, which played the series without injured All-Stars Gilbert Arenas and Caron Butler.
