NBA: Golden State 120, Portland 98

PORTLAND, Ore., April 19 (UPI) -- Baron Davis had 12 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds Wednesday night as Golden State routed Portland, 120-98.

Davis' triple-double helped Golden State make the playoffs for the first time since 1994.

Golden State bolted out to a 41-26 lead after the first quarter, and led, 64-46, at the half.

Its lead never fell into single digits, and grew to 25 points in the fourth quarter (115-90).

Stephen Jackson had 31 points and five rebounds; Jason Richardson had 25 points and eight rebounds; and Al Harrington had 24 points and seven rebounds for the Warriors, who won their last five regular season games.

Travis Outlaw scored a career-high 36 points to lead Portland.

Martell Webster had 14 points and five rebounds; and Jamaal Magloire had 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who failed to qualify for the playoffs for the fourth straight season.
