SALT LAKE CITY, April 17 (UPI) -- Carlos Boozer poured in 26 points and pulled down 10 rebounds Monday as the Utah Jazz won in convincing fashion 130-93 over the Portland Blazers.
Gordan Giricek added 21 points for the Jazz, who will end the season as the Western Conference's No. 4 seed. Paul Millsap and Mehmet Okur each had 16 points, and Deron Williams and Derek Fisher each had 13 for the Jazz, who have won two of three.
Utah won't have homecourt advantage in its first-round, best-of-seven series against fifth-seeded Houston. The Rockets won that honor by winning Monday at Phoenix. Had Houston lost to the Suns, Wednesday's season finale between the Jazz and Rockets would have been the key.
Travis Outlaw had 26 points to lead Portland, which has lost five of six. Martell Webster added 14 points and Dan Dickau tallied 13 for the Blazers, who end their season on Wednesday at home against Golden State.
