NBA: Denver 75, Dallas 71

DENVER, April 7 (UPI) -- Carmelo Anthony scored four of his 23 points in the final minute Friday night to help the Denver Nuggets top Dallas, 75-71.

The Nuggets rallied from a 37-30 halftime deficit after shooting just 33 percent as a team in the first 24 minutes.

Allen Iverson had 22 points and five assists; Nene had 16 points and 10 rebounds; and Marcus Camby added five points and a game-high 14 rebounds for the Nuggets, who have won four in a row.

They are 1 1/2 games ahead of the L.A. Clippers for the seventh spot in the Western Conference playoff race.

Dirk Nowitzki, who fought off a bout of food poisoning, led Dallas with 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Jason Terry had 13 points and four assists; and Erick Dampier had 11 points and 13 rebounds for the Mavericks, who lead the West's playoff chase.
