
WASHINGTON, April 7 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored a team-high 25 points Friday night as Cleveland rallied to down Washington, 99-94.
Cleveland overcame a 53-45 halftime deficit by using an 11-0 run midway through the third period.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 18 points and eight rebounds; Larry Hughes had 15 points and four assists; Drew Gooden added 12 points, three rebounds, and three steals; and James also had six rebounds, and five assists for the Cavaliers, who trail Detroit by three games in the Central Division.
Antawn Jamison led Washington with 27 points and four rebounds, but committed six of 23 turnovers.
Antonio Daniels, who committed seven turnovers, had 18 points and seven assists; DeShawn Stevenson had 17 points and five assists; while Etan Thomas had 10 points and 14 rebounds for the Wizards, who suffered their third straight loss to fall 2 1/2 games behind Southeast Division frontrunner Miami.
