NBA: Miami 92, Toronto 89

MIAMI, April 3 (UPI) -- Shaquille O'Neal and Udonis Haslem both had 16 points and Miami survived a three-point miss at the buzzer Tuesday night to defeat Toronto, 92-89.

Miami inched a half game in front of Washington in the race for the Southeast Division title. The Wizards fell to Charlotte Tuesday night.

Chris Bosh led Toronto with 24 points and 11 rebounds, but the Raptors had a three-game winning streak snapped. They still lead New Jersey by 6 1/2 games for the top spot in the Atlantic Division.

T.J. Ford missed a three-point try as time expired. Miami has won 16 of its last 18 home games.
