Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
DAYTON, Ohio, March 27 (UPI) -- Candace Parker had 24 points and 14 rebounds Tuesday to lead Tennessee to a 98-62 victory over Mississippi in the Dayton final of the women's NCAA Tournament.
Sidney Spencer added 22 points for the Lady Vols (32-3), who will be making their 17th Final Four appearance. Shannon Bobbitt had 14 points in the win.
Armintie Price scored 30 points for Ole Miss (24-11), while Ashley Awkward added 14 points.
The Lady Vols will meet the winner of the North Carolina-Purdue game in the semifinal round.
