NHL: St. Louis 3, Edmonton 2

EDMONTON, Alberta, March 18 (UPI) -- Eric Brewer scored 2:04 into overtime Saturday night as the St. Louis Blues beat the Edmonton Oilers, 3-2.

The game was tied, 2-2, after regulation, after a goal by Edmonton's Shawn Horcoff at 9:58 of the third period led to the extra time.

Petr Cajanek and Jeff Woywitka each scored once; Radek Dvorak had two assists; while Curtis Sanford made 22 saves on 24 shots for the Blues, who broke a three-game losing streak.

Kyle Brodziak scored the other goal; and Dwayne Roloson was beaten three times on 40 shots for the Oilers, whose 10-game losing streak is a franchise record.
